What if I already know how to use Google Drive, Calendar and Classroom?

That’s great! We encourage you to setup your Google classroom as students are active.

 

Is there a storage limit on student accounts?

Each student has a 30GB on Google Drive.

 

What if I have a new student/ or a student has changed their password?

New students/ changed/or lost passwords can be retrieved via an Administrator (Jenni Gigas, Kyle Sheehan, Michael Pace).

 

How long are student passwords valid for?

Student passwords reset automatically via DET every 12-months.

 

Where is the information/cloud storage located?

DET’s Google Cloud services are with stored within Australia. 

 

What if I have a new student or one of my current students cannot access Google Apps for Education?

If a student receives a message stating ‘denied access’, means that the password/or account maybe disabled, these services can be reactivated by logging a ICT ticket – help@pcc.vic.edu.au
